Does Rome still need any introduction? The ’Eternal City’ has been the heart of Catholic faith for almost 2,000 years. The Vatican, St Peter Basilica, St John of Latran, Holy Cross of Jerusalem, etc. are among the sights that have always made Christians come - and come back - to Rome.
Rome was also the venue of the first SIGNIS World Congress in 2001. This is the place where SIGNIS was created. Thirteen years later, it is appropriate that SIGNIS comes back to Rome to consider its future.
